Song details, links, pictures & video

Steps

   Open a song and click Song details.

   Fill in author, key, BPM, time signature, duration and the date written. These appear on printed lyrics and charts.

   Author is for everyone who wrote it — separate co-writers with a comma.

   Key and genre are picked from a list, so they stay consistent across your whole library.

   Don't know the tempo? Press Detect under the Tempo field and the app listens to the recording and fills in the BPM. If it lands on half or double time, tap x1/2 or x2 to correct it — nothing is saved until you press Save.

   Click Add URL to attach a link: give it a name (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, or anything you like) and paste the address, then click Done. Add URL stays put so you can add as many as you need.

   A YouTube link puts a YouTube icon on the song row, so the video is one tap away.

   Use Images in the Assets header to attach artwork from your drive — as many pictures as you like — and pick one as the song's cover art. Cover art shows on the song row and on anything you share.

   Use Videos to attach video from your drive. Videos play right inside the card, can be opened full screen, and have their own share button.

    Set the song's Status — Idea, Demo, Rehearsing, Recorded or Released — so you can see at a glance where it sits.

    Add tags like co-write, worship or cut for album. Type a tag and press Enter or comma, or click a tag you've already used elsewhere.

    Add comments to a song when you want arrangement notes or reminders alongside it.

Tips

• Pictures and video are linked, never copied — the files stay in your own drive and nothing is stored on our servers.
• Links, pictures and video are attached to the song record, so they follow it into playlists, setlists and share packs.
• The library can filter by status and by tag, and the search box matches tags too.
