Rehearse & prove your work

Rehearse a setlist

Play through a set with the words and chords in front of you, hands free.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to Rehearse and create a setlist, then add songs and choose the version for each one.

  2. 2

Open the setlist and press Rehearse to go full screen. Charts and lyrics are laid out in paged columns sized to your screen.

  3. 3

Start the audio. Page turns are learned automatically from the recording, so the page moves with the song — you can still swipe or tap to move yourself.

  4. 4

Use the pitch control to shift the audio up or down by semitones without changing the speed.

  5. 5

Use the tempo stepper to slow a song down or speed it up without changing its pitch.

  6. 6

Tap the wand beside the tempo stepper to detect the song's BPM from the recording and use it as the starting tempo for this practice session.

  7. 7

Exit back to the setlist when you're done.

Tips

  • ChordPro charts give the cleanest pages, with chords sitting above the words.
  • Works on a phone or tablet propped on the stand as well as on a laptop.
