Band & Team library
Give the whole band one library instead of five copies of the same files.
Steps
- 1
Subscribe to Band / Team — it includes the owner plus four members, with extra seats billed monthly or yearly.

Open Band and invite members by link or email.
- 3
Give members a role: manager (can manage the roster) or member.
- 4
Members upload files into the shared library; the owner or a manager approves what gets added.
- 5
Use Notify team when something changes so nobody rehearses the wrong version.
- 6
Remove a member to free their seat.
Tips
- The shared library lives on the owner's cloud drive, so the group's files stay with the group.
- Only the owner and managers can change the roster.
